JUNE 21: General Meeting at Allied Gardens Recreation Center. Potluck supper at 6:30 pm, followed by a brief business meeting. The Program will be offered by Alison Spencer and Jennifer Raupp of C & B Specialty Pet Foods in Oceanside. The title of their fun and educational program will be “Alison and Jen’s Home Cooking for Dogs.” Bring your Dachshunds to sniff and sample free treats. Groomer Robin Boyette will be available for Dachshund nail trimming and other light grooming. A donation of $5.00 is suggested.

The program will be presented by Katie Kangas, DVM, CVA, of The Animal Healing Center in San Diego. Dr. Kangas will discuss her approaches to holistic veterinary medicine and her very successful use of acupuncture in treating Dachshunds. Groomer Robin Boyette or her associate will be available for Dachshund nail trimming and other light grooming. A donation of $5.00 is suggested.
