Endurance Dog 3 in Earthdog

I have some cool news I would like to share with my friends.

I have just been informed by the AKC Officials that I am the only dachshund in AKC to hold the recorded title of Endurance Dog 3 in Earthdog (EE3) or Iron dog as it was originally called.

In order to be eligible to earn an Endurance Earthdog (EE) title, a dog must have already earned a Master Earthdog title. An Endurance Earthdog title is earned when a dog, on five occasions, passes both the Senior and Master classes at the same event (one event number). The owner shall record each of the five Double Qualifications. Once five Double Qualifications have been awarded, and the form is completed and submitted to the AKC and upon verification, a title certificate will be issued to the owner and the dog shall be identified as an Endurance Earthdog by the suffix title EE.

Now I know so far Border terriers have been the kings of the sport but I am ready to give them a run for their money…..

So my name with AKC Titles reads as Mila ME EE3 CA CGC but I like to add my Certificates of Gameness (CG) awarded to me by the American Working Terrier Association and my Solo Hunt hound (SH) titled awarded to me by the Basset Hound Club of America for passing my Hunting Performance Test

Fun stuff. Do you have titles behind your name? What is your favorite sport? Would like to share? I know that many of my dachshund friends hold titles in Conformation, Agility, Obedience or Rally. Share…..
